Deacon Brian C. Walkowiak

Bishop Richard J. Malone announced the new assignment of Deacon Brian C. Walkowiak to diaconal ministry at Infant of Prague Parish, Cheektowaga.  His appointment was effective April 1. 

Deacon Walkowiak, a Cheektowaga resident, was ordained by Bishop Henry J. Mansell in 1996.  In his more than 20 years as a deacon, he served as chaplain at Wyoming Correctional Facility and as a deacon at St. Pius X Parish, Getzville.  Deacon Walkowiak will continue his duties at Wyoming Correctional Facility.
