Grey Nuns and Friends will offer a day of spiritual deepening that will help your Season of Lent end on a high note. Called Young at Heart, the day will provide a variety of spiritual activities that will bring new life and energy to your walk with Jesus. There will be talks, quiet prayer and reflection, journaling, physical movement, and sharing with others.

Participants are invited, if they wish, to bring a spiritual book to pass along, and to take a book or two from the Swap Table (no cost).

Location for the Day of Prayer will be D'Youville College, 320 Porter Ave., Buffalo, and will be held in Madonna Hall, corner of Porter and Fargo Ave. There is no fee for the day; free will offerings will be accepted. Parking is available in the Visitors' Lot on Fargo Ave. Participants are asked to bring a brown bag lunch. Drinks will be provided.
