On this month's episode of "Our Daily Bread," the show's host, Father Paul D. Seil, will be talking about the Ten Commandments and how they set the tone for one to live a sound life in the Catholic tradition.

Father Seil begins the show at a Guercio and Sons Market, a local food vendor located on Buffalo's West Side. Here, he shops for all of the items needed to prepare his menu of leg of lamb, baba ganoush, watermelon salad and pandoro cake with whipped cream and berries.

While at the market, he asks passersby about their knowledge of the Ten Commandments, and their answers may surprise you.
