St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute is pleased to announce that its annual open house for prospective students and their families will take place on Sunday, October 1 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Monday, October 2 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Prospective students, currently in grades 5 through 8, and their families are welcome. No reservations are necessary.

Choosing the right high school is important, and the open house is a valuable opportunity to experience the St. Joe's campus, located at 845 Kenmore Avenue in Buffalo. Registration and private tours will begin in the Brotherhood Commons, where families will be greeted by St. Joe's President Robert T. Scott, AFSC, and paired with student tour guides. The tour will offer a glimpse of the modern facilities including the state-of-the-art science center, all-weather athletic complex, computer labs, fine arts wing, fitness center, chapel, and digital library.

Faculty, staff, and coaches will be on-site to discuss the college-preparatory curriculum, 1:1 iPad program, premier internship program, college counseling, service opportunities, extracurricular activities, and more. Information about transportation options for Niagara County and Southtowns students will also be disbursed.

During the event, prospective students will also have the opportunity to register for important admissions events. The Marauder for a Day" Program for 8^th graders begins on September 25 and concludes on November 16. The Entrance Exam Preparatory Course takes place on four Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to noon beginning October 21. And the Entrance and Scholarship Examination will be held on Saturday, November 18 at 8:30 a.m.
