Members of the honor guard will represent fire, police, sheriff and state police. Lectors will include representatives from the State Troopers and the Sheriff's Office. Gift bearers will be representatives of the Police Department. Mounted police officers will stand guard outside the Cathedral as they have done at the previous Blue Masses.
Music for the Mass will be provided by the Greater Buffalo Fire Fighters Pipe and Drums who will play processional and recessional songs. Cathedral organist Tim Socha will provide music during the Mass.
